had quite a bad day yesterday noon....
after sch...i headed down to Bugis....on the way it rained....so when i reached i used my umbrella...who know...it was blardy leaking!!! so i got wet...
reached Sunshine Plaza to pick up my figurine...and the shop was closed! wah piang! waited 30mins for cab...no cab...by then rain stopped...so went to take bus...
reached home at 4+ and had to rush to go out again....
anyway...yesterday went for dinner with SRC Projects people!
reach there early at 5.30 coz Dionne, my Projects Head wanna meet us ICs and 2ICs...had a small discussion then the people started to come at about 6+ - 7....
anyway...knew a few interesting people...like Fiona...who was damn loud and sociable, then Hui Li (correct spelling?) who was branded as Camel...dont ask why...then Jevon and Hanyuan...and uhm...many others...lOl
then the 2 sister groups (buddy group) D&D and Talenttime sat together on a table facing each other....and Limin faced me at first! lOl...and ill never forget how she stole the calamari i ordered for my comm lar...haha...
but anyway...we had a great time chatting, eating and taking pics....
they all keep saying I look like Guang Liang lar! until i say i nevet heard ppl say that before....but i heard ppl say i look like Su Yong Kang...then they were like "yar yar!!! very!!!"
lol...oh man...must be my new specs....

Dionne kept saying she dont like me anymore!!! haha...and she smacked me once coz i suaned her...

then got a girl called Jeany who i cant remember her name too....(isit Janey, Jeany or something else?)
and for Limin...ooh... L came leh! she was damn excited lar...haha
basically, had fun getting to know all the Projects people...
and im real happy i got a bunch of wonderful guys in TT....and that the seniors are supportive of wat we do oso!

good news....im in SRC (SIM Student Representative Council)...yup and im into Projects...a very happening department...or so i heard....politics? there are politics everywhere...
i was telling Lionel and gang...that im gonna keep a low profile...no running for Ex-co, no high ranks...etc...Saikang Warrior rocks!!! wahaha....but...
on wednesday after school, and after a swim at aunt's place, i headed down for MGM, 1st SRC meeting with all the new freshies...hmm...new freshies....anyway, i had to leave early at 6.30pm coz i got driving lesson at 7pm...so i was like rushing...
first, we entered a huge lecture theatre to have a general talk and welcome...then we split into the 4 departments, namely Editorial (new), Sports, Welfare and yours truly, Projects. But little time left for me! lol...Dionne introduced the head (herself) and her 2 DYs, and what they had for the previous yr...then we split up into our our event groups...and of coz...in order to split up, she has to show who is in wat groups!
however, she first showed the ICs and 2ICs for the various events and OH BOY! was i shocked to see my name as IC for Talent Time! lol....lots of apprehension then....coz i didnt wanna high ranks yeah? so oh boy...was i caught unaware...Limin was asking me to go up coz ICs and 2ICs had to intro themselves to everyone....and I was a total goon head...
i stood up, knocked my file and everything, file, paper pad and pencil case dropped to the floor...Limin asked "eh...u dont need so happy until like that leh...haha"
then as we went into our groups, i apologize coz i had to leave and asked them for a brief round of introduction...and i left...lol
and now, i dunno wat they talked about....waiting for my 2IC to email me the details...
so for now...dont think so much...dont so stress......
sit back, relax, until 2IC tells me what has been done and wat needs to be done...

but as school started...it has sunk in...and it has sunk in that i really really gotta work hard!!!
school is currently into its 3rd week now...and I can feel the strain...why? look at my schedule ::
Mon :: no school but 3 classes of tuition
Tues :: Econs Lect (am), 1 class of tuition at night
Wed :: Soci Lect (am), driving lesson
Thurs :: IBM Lect (am), Maths Lect (pm), Singing Club
Fri :: no school but 2 classes of tuition
and...Tennis and SRC havent started yet...and Sept....comes the competition....u see...so little time! but STILL...i make it a point to study at least 1 hour or more everyday...and till today...im still mugging hard....lol
Audrey says "You will burn out before I can say 'Happy New Year'"...and Mag says I will lose this self-impose rule after awhile...well...im praying and hoping that ill keep going....
its really tough...uni life...and i know nuts about IBM...but yeah...i know...its a new sunject...so the more i shld put in effort right? haha....im really mugger-siao liao....
anyway...many ppl are in various unis now...NUS, NTU, SMU, SIM, NIE or private institutions or others like NAFA and LaSalle....
well....i just gotta say...u chose this path....so dont complain and whine about having loads of homework...gotta do projects or study everyday....etc....if u dont like it...why study uni in the first place? why try to get a degree or diploma then?
i complain sometimes...but im doing my work with glee...hehe...and im trying hard to do my tutorials! only thing i aint happy is that before a new lecture...i aint reading what may be touched on...that is new topics...coz im still revising on old ones....
am i slow? or isit the norm? i got no idea....and i got no readings!!!! SHANNARO!!! lOl....
and i realise...with a good mind u need a good body...so im glad of the chances i had for exercising! playing tennis as much as i can and goin to swim or tan frequently...i hope....
like for eg one sat....i had singing club outing at kbox...
after that...i headed home for awhile then went to play Tennis...
the next day i went hill climbing at Bukit Timah Hill and while walking and jogging up, i was singing some more lar...super tiring lor...but i still did it...and i felt really fresh after all that and when i went home...i studied again....haha....
im so proud of myself and my diligience and determination (yes!!! this is the word Ive been finding for weeks!!!! haha) so can someone praise me pls? make me happy? hahaha....
but i scared....how to find time to exercise cept in weekends with my tight schedule? and when sept comes, and Tennis and SRC starts....i think ill be even tighter man....sigh...but well...u gain some u lose some....at least SIM not such a boring place.....yet....hehehe
well...just revised Maths and IBM...so now im blogging....
and now...time to rest and play WoW.....been ages since i touch WoW...at most one hr a day...so sad right? thinking of cancelling my subscription liaoz....but so fun....i wanna play...just no time....

yesterday, went for Singing Club outing at Kbox Marina....scary...coz our instructor came oso...Ms Estella....we damn scared she will take pointers and all...haha...
then after that i went to buy some Sins chocs, together with Audrey...and uhm...uhm...forogt her name....oOps...and they were so comical can? coz the chocs i bought amoutned up to $46, they were like calling me Sugar Daddy...etc and all...they they went to a normal shop and showed me all the chocs and stuff i can buy with my $46....lOl...
then i headed home to put the chocs in the fridge, and came out again...this time to play tennis with my frens...
then headed to dinner at Lot 1 and bought that Charm...why buy charm? to help me in the path of love of coz....haha....
anyway...sch has started for 2 weeks ler...and im damn enthu! mugging hard! will i keep this up for long? i sure hope i will....haha....and my study pack is here!!!! damn big and heavy sia!!!

immediately when Econs Lecture ended, Lisa and I headed down to SJ's house...and she was so darn funny! i cant help but make fun of her! lets take a look at our conversation ::

mins later...a bus came ambling down the road
"Oh a bus is coming! Can we take this one? 174 isit?"
"No Lisa...we are taking 75 and 184...both Tibs buses..."

at any rate...after much teases from me to her...we reached SJ's house and we headed to meet Meng Choo to go Cold Storage to purchase the food...we only bought drinks and chicken though, as we finally decided to buy cheaper food at NTUC...at this time, Lisa left and the remaining 3 Shinobis went back to marinate the chicken! I marinated them! hehe...first time sia....
then went Westmall meet the rest. before that, we made 2 trips to Shop and Save and 2 trips to NTUC to buy all our stuff.....GOLLY! first time a BBQ took me to various places! TIRING! lol
then only WJ came on time..then waited abit and Alene came! now...i mentioned Lisa was man 3 pai. Alene is man 5 pai and choo is man 7 pai...lol
then we walk to busstop and Marcus "sexy legs" called me. he said he is at Jurong. So we went back to MRT to pick him up and took shuttle bus to SJ house...FOC...lOl
then went home...went down play abit of tennis...and made a mistake of swimming in the atrociously dirty pool....at this point, Yinghan and Xiyun arrived...
then BBQ time! Audrey came! Lionel came! even Adriel and Tim from Tennis Club came too! Loh Qi "ah qi" came late at about 10+...Lisa came back to us at about 8...and we had a good time eating, cooking and crapping....I cooked my specialty Crabsticks and Cheesy (outside and inside) Hotdogs for them! and they said the chicken tasted good! yeah! im a good cook!
then i left about 12+...damn tired ler....but i had a good time...

Yinghan - he had to go at about 7+ so we let him relax and have fun playing tennis

on 30th july 2006, my ever fabulous frens instructed me to meet them at East Coast Park Gelare @ 2.30pm.
backtrack abit...this yr, we the best frens of each other planned each other's bdae....and since its mine, Kelv and Russ and Nic and Ian planned it....and it turned out to be an Amazing Race cum Survivor....why middle finger then? u will realise later :p
anyway...i was a little late...but no worries...when I arrived, I saw only Nic and Russ...and I knew something was wrong...but before that, they told me to bring the following have-to-bring-stuff::
- bag
- plastic bags
- umbrella
- extra clothes
- $80
- shoes
- slippers
- water bottle
- towel
and some others i forgot. and upon hearing....i guessed they were making me do some treasure hunt thingy...
anyway when i reach they gave me my first clue, to search for a "Seat" and i thought Kelvin Seet...oh boy was I wrong...lOl
my 1st middle finger...coz they make me carry my sling bag and took all my money from me cept for measly $30

then with the first clue i came to a bike shop...looking around at the seats (chairs, stools...etc) but i dont find a clue...then...i saw Yali in the shop! before i could ask why was she here...she said "you are suppose to look for Ian..." then i knew it....he must be a station master or something...haha...and i found him behind a tree...hiding from my view...and he made me guess and finally i took 2 bikes, one for me and one for Nic...who will be my kaki and camera man of the day...running around with me

then...i reached bedok jetty....but before i cycled in...i received a call...from Josiah! i was like "ehh...why will Rosie call me?"
he asked "Eh Joseph...are u wearing a billabong tee shirt?" "I said "no...why leh?" "oh nothing...where are u?" "At east coast park...why?" "oh nothing..." "are u at the next station?" "i dont know....haha...bye" -ends convo-
then i knew Josiah was my next station master...so i rode on to the end...but along the jetty...i didnt see him, only a group of ppl looking at someone who has just caught a huge promfet...so i called Rosie again and he said "continue looking lor"
so i rode back to the beginning of the jetty and noticed Josiah! but his back was facing me...and his gf was with him! lol...
so...my next task...its a detour! a choice between 2 routes...IQ or mental!
